You may receive deliveries, but due to COVID restrictions, you may not send out items out of the hotel.

Yes, we are accepting guests in line with the guidelines released by the Philippine government. Please visit our Facebook and Instagram pages (@astoriagreenbelt) for updates.

Because Astoria Greenbelt is currently an accredited quarantine hotel, entertaining of guests inside your room is strictly prohibited.

We do not have a pool within the vicinity in Astoria Greenbelt. If you like, we can refer you Astoria Plaza, our property located in Ortigas.

Yes. We have free parking available for our guests, but slots are limited and are given on a first-come first-served basis. Should there not be any slots available, you may head directly to the nearby Greenbelt parking space.

In compliance with the guidelines released by the Department of Health (DOH) and Department of Tourism (DOT), we only offer a la carte meals for the time being. You may request for our updated menu from Tableau.

Our standard check-in time is at 2 PM.

Our standard check-out time is at 12 NN. Afterwards, the room must get cleaned for the upcoming arrivals.

Yes, we do offer airport transfers. For us to accommodate your request, please contact our reservations department at rsvn@astoriagreenbelt.com at least a week before arrival.

All guests are entitled to free Wi-Fi access for multiple devices.

Please call our front desk directly. Our rooms are cleaned daily, and your item has been likely found by our housekeeping team and stored safely.

Booking cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.
